Went to order a most bestest and wasn?t told that prices went up to 8.39,,, asked for extra sauce and was told by guy at... register that there?s no charge . So I get my receipt and it?s 10.27. I was like dam that?s some high tax?s for that pizza . Sothen they tell me they charge cuz it?s a custom pizza . How the hell is that custom if they already making them for pick up likethe hot and readys. So poor kid got into trouble cuz he wasn?t trained correctly . Then I told the lady manager she should?vetrained him properly and she got rude and told me I just did and walked off. Then I get home with my pizza and they didn?t evencut the slices , I had to do it myself. These little Caesars on the south side of San Antonio are horrible and should be closeddown . Not so fast but order was ready when I pulled up to window. Well done.

We ordered online so that way we can just go in the store, pick it up, and leave. Once we get there, the lobby is closed, they... don't offer curbside pickup, and the phone number to call this store doesn't even ring. We were in the drive thru line for 13minutes and only 1 car moved, there were 8 cars in front of us. All this just to pick up an order that was placed online. Weended up having to leave because it was too hot to wait in the car that long. I couldn't even get a refund or cancel the orderbecause again, the number to this store doesn't ring and the 800 number to call for a refund is closed on the weekends. You canat least have the lobby open for pick up only instead of having everyone wait in the drive thru in 100+ degree weather. Read more

I am to believe that the person who took my order was Joann none of the employees had name tags on or hair nets on and 2 lady... had long hair(one was the manager) and asked for thin crust hot and ready but was told it would take 15 minutes I get home and Igot a deep dis pizza. Read more

Was such horrible service , I ordered a pizza and had to come and asked if I could please get a fresh one. The employee in the... back had started to say in appropriate things and cussing when the girl employee told him to make it fresh. I shouldn?t of hadto come back and then be worried wether or not this person would spit or do something to my food because he?s mad to make afresh pizza. Then I spoke to a girl manager she was very unprofessional about this and didn?t care to here what I said and hadsaid the guy was cussing and making remarks to her which was obviously a lie.
