Pretty hit or miss. Make sure to place an order while there is a rush or you run the risk of not getting fresh food. After about... 4-5 times here I eventually settled on ordering the sweet and sour chicken everytime because it's the easiest for them toprepare and is usually decent. I haven't been able to ever touch the rice, however. Both fried and white rice are hard, andtaste like a cleaning chemical. Possibly from the bowl where it's made, im not sure. Spent 25$ for dinner for me and a friendthe other night and we ate maybe a few pieces before throwing both meals away. I'm sad I probably won't return here again. Read more
I was thoroughly pleased with the food. As I bit into the chicken, noticed they used actual chicken breast. Is that weird to... notice? They give you a lot of food and I highly recommend. Read more
Food is always great. Large portions, kids usually get lemon chicken, me n the wife usually get sesame chicken, Mongolian beef... or orange beef. Never had a problem. ???? Read more
I'm giving this restaurant one star since I can't give zero for my experience there today. I placed an order online for pick up.... I was given the incorrect order, and called to let them know. They told me to come back. So I arrived to pick up my correctorder, and the lady working at the front started arguing with me, saying that I should have brought back the old food. She saidthat it was an expensive order that she gave away (it was about 3 items) and that she couldn't give me my correct order unless Igave her the old food. A photo from my husband would not suffice. I got the sense that the incorrect order would have beengiven to that customer even though it had already made it to my home. Now I'm really questioning their cleanliness and foodsafety standards! Ultimately they cancelled my order and I was told to be glad I had food already at home to eat, since shedidn't feel like arguing with her boss about giving me my correct order that I paid for. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We've been her at least 20 times and they have messed up on order a few and the one time we call... about it and ask for a discount on our next order when the information was clearly on the receipt they said we would have tocome back to the restaurant when we were already home such lousy service I do not recommend you have definitely lost ourbusiness going forward here's a picture for reference :) Read more
We have gone to Lee's kitchen for over two years and I have never been so disappointed on the food was made for me. We... ordered lemon chicken and found this in our plate. It was all bread, It was very soggy . I called to ask if they would makean other plate and started drive over there. On the way I received a call back . The lady that answered the phone ,told theywere not going to exchange or give a refund. SHE TOLD ME ,THAT THE CHEFF SAID ,I NEED TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE TO GET FOOD. Onthe left is the bread.
