I have been coming to this location for a long time and I hate to give it a 1 star. I was upset with the portions on the plate.... The shrimp enchilada only had 3 shrimp and the rice and salad serving very small as you can see in the pictures. After talkingwith the waitress she was so nice she understood and gave me extra rice and mentioned that she was getting in trouble becausethe manager told her that she can?t be giving out free food. I then asked to speak with the manager and he said the restaurantowner has set strict serving portions and will not change anything. Overall a simple gesture could have changed things around,but the manager is very intractable and inflexible. I decided to not return to a las palapas after many years. Read more

Really great food at Las Palapas even had a free show of the fire alarm going off because of so much smoke in the restaurant and... the fire department coming out only to be told ?es todo bien? ???????????????? the food was 10 out of 10 and the show was thebest part of it all ???? Read more
The breakfast tacos are a must have! My family always stops at this location when we visit. The food is always delicious and... they have the customer service to match. Don?t be intimidated by the drive thru line- it?s that?s good and the line moves ratherfast. Read more

Update; We have dined in multiple times and generally it is good. Most recently was March 16th for dinner. The food looked... great, but was pretty bland. Hopefully they will add some seasoning. Update; We dined in on January 4th and the food andservice was very good. Then we did the drive-thru on January 5th and we were all disappointed. The food was just ok. I find itinteresting that the drive-thru food quality is so different than dine in. It's like two completely different restaurants. Wedined in for the first time today, December 29th. The food was very good. I had the Las Palapas Quasadilla with beef Fajita meatand while the picture looks so-so , it tasted very good. The beef was tender, juicy and flavorful. The beef Fajita Burritotasted very good, but a side dish should have been included. The other dishes were all very good. The waiter was very nice butnot very attentive, he was too slow. We've been thru the drive thru previous times and the food was decent, but not all thatgreat. Dining in today was completely different. We will most certainly come back and dine in. Read more
extremely slow drive thru & horrible food. this is a full size order of nachos. I also ordered a bowl of tortilla soup & these... were the chips it came with on the side. when I called to complain, it went to voicemail several times. this is unacceptablecustomer service & quality of food. both orders looked picked over! this location is terrible!
