Wow we?ve eaten out two days in a row. We really don?t eat out this often but we?ve been on the run the last couple days. This... is another one of our favorite places to eat. Great bakery goods, sandwiches and soups. This place has the best black bean soupI?ve ever eaten in San Antonio. All the bakery goods and bread are made fresh daily. My favorite from the bakery is the tequilaalmond Columba. Read more

Fantastic bakery! I was in San Antonio for work and visited this place all three days for breakfast. Line looks long but moves... very quickly. I loved their pastries but found breakfast sandwiches TOO oily for my taste. Read more

Super delicious and authentic Mexican bakery with other breakfast items also. The selection of items from the bakery is immense.... The quality and flavor are excellent. Service was very good but it does get busy during peak periods. Dining area is also nice.Very much enjoyed the food here. Read more

The pastries ???? here were so delicious. We got the tequila tres leches pastry and also the cheesecake filled pastry. We didn?t... get breakfast since we didn?t want to have a heavy breakfast, but we topped it all off with a delicious Mexican hot chocolate!Next time I?ll definitely try there breakfast menu. I chose this North SA location simply to avoid the parking issues of downtown. It lived up to its name. I love how they have... kept their quality while still growing. The thoughtfulness that goes into their meals does not come short compared with theactual pastries. This is simply a ?must visit? restaurant when in the area. I had the eggs Benedict and my wife had the hamand egg croissant. Also the latte was great! Read more

Let me start out by saying I'm rating four stars, because it was so hot, the thermostat at 89° ???? & long line- long wait.... They could really use a separate line just for people who are buying pastries/Pan Dulce. The food is very tasty, staff isfriendly, you stand in line to order your food & pay. A runner will bring your food & or drink to you with the utensils, theyhave stations for your drinks, water, ice, napkins and to-go containers. Indoor & patio dining. Some parking. Handicapaccessible. We LOVED this spot! We stopped for breakfast and ordered some pastries, coffee, and breakfast plates. Everything was very... delicious, but I highly recommend going for the ranchero eggs benedict for breakfast with chicken. I was skeptical about thegrilled chicken bc it can be bland, but it was super flavorful bc of the sauce and salsa on top. It was busy when we went and alittle tight, so if you go and want a covid friendly experience maybe go during less busy times/order to go. Read more

Today was our first time trying la panadería and we were not disappointed. Their tortas, pastries and hot chocolate were... amazing. Everyone was friendly and super helpful. Definitely a great breakfast spot to stop by if you happen to be droppingsomeone off at the San Antonio airport. This is a first order and sit down kind of place but the service was quick. Read more
