My family and I stopped by here for dinner last night and had a great time. Tabitha, the AGM was LOVELY, super friendly, and... gave us wonderful food recommendations. She even came to check on us later and see if we liked what she suggested (spoiler: wedid!) and chatted with us about herself, La Madeleine, the staff, etc. We are just passing through but we wish we couldtransplant this place back home to us! Always a great place for brunch. Bakery is top-tier and the food comes out hot and fresh. Coffee is exquisite and free refills.... I miss the bread and jam that was laid out before the pandemic. I only wish there were more dairy-free friendly options! Read more

As we walked in not greeted by 2 workers but asked by 1 ?can I help you ?? Not having time to think or figure out where the menu... was. I explained ?sorry it?s our first time here? , then a girl pointed out ?the menus right there? . Then wasn?t sure where toorder. I just feel being a first timer they would be nice and give some direction, explain the ordering process, smile,something. Customer service has definitely gone down. We both were disappointed. The food was ok. Reminded me of hospital food , justbland. Not sure what the appeal is. And the cashier rolled her eyes when my husband gave her cash instead of card. Guess thatmeant she had to work. My son and I had breakfast at La Madeleine on 410 / Blanco Rd and his breakfast croissant was big and well prepared. 4 days... later we order the same exact croissant at Northwoods and the sandwich was so small he had to order a second one.
