Went here for the first time a few weeks ago and it was AMAZING. The server was friendly and attentive, and the food was fresh,... got and delicious. I got the creamy pesto tortellini thanks to a previous review about it and was so happy I ordered it! Newfavorite. The bread and oil dip is also sooo good. We will be back! Read more

Very old building feel, nice decorative place. Food was great all around. I was little worried because it was pretty empty... inside, but food is definitely all quality. It's quiet inside so you can have nice conversations and not yelling over music. Read more

Stopped at this place during Fiesta for dinner and it absolutely did not disappoint. Food is delicious and it very decently... priced. I had the tortellini and shrimp. Definitely recommend for lunch or dinner. Traditional Italian comfort food! Read more

Amazing food!!! La Focaccia Italian Grill is my favorite Italian restaurant in San Antonio. It's a cute cozy little place with... its own essence and atmosphere on the corner of South Town. The brick oven makes the place smell amazing baking the homemadebread. The service is always on point, the food is delicious and there is always good music playing. The booths give an oldtheater vibe, the lighting and ambience is romantic yet you feel like family. Hands down a definite place to visit and revisitagain. A must try if you haven't, I promise you won't be disappointed!! Come hungry, leave happy and with leftovers!! Read more

Great Food and great service. Dominique and his staff cook some of the finest food in downtown San Antonio. They have daily... lunch specials M-F, and a brick pizza oven. The dish pictured is the Chicken Picatta with veggies instead of spaghetti, and itwas delicious. The Focaccia bread (also pictured) is their signature bread, baked fresh in house daily. The seafood cannelloniis my favorite, but the shrimp and many other things are just as good. Quaint little spot near the Riverwalk worth the time anddefinitely will fill you with delicious food. Stumbled on this little gem while staying in an air bb nearby. This is one of the BEST meals i have ever had and the atmosphere... inside is quaint, quiet and relaxed. The waiter was wonderful and the food was delivered hot and timely. I had thestracciatella and seafood cannelloni. My sister had oysters parmigan and garden of eve pizza. Seriously SO delicious you feltlike you were royalty and they cooked only for you. You should not pass up an opportunity to eat at this awesome establishment. Read more

We ordered to go and spent over 60$ on food that tasted horrible with the smallest portion sizes! The shrimp fettuccine Alfredo... came with literally only 2 shrimp. The cheesy bread was stale and bland just cheese tossed on some bread and baked. The chickenfor the chicken Alfredo was obviously re heated meat and not cooked fresh. It made it literally inedible for me. The pastasauce tasted like from a can. What a horrible waste of money. I wanted a cute date night in and it was ruined. Read more

So glad we found this place! The atmosphere of the restaurant is perfect. Not too loud, even though it was busy when we... visited. I usually don't like oil for dipping bread, but theirs is something special. It was delicious! Seriously. I orderedthe Caesar salad with chicken, it came with so much chicken! The dressing was my favorite, I asked if they sell it so I couldtake some home. Or server was fantastic, very friendly and kept my water glass full! I took off a star because my husbandthought his salmon didn't taste fresh and the carrots cake we indulged in had a burnt edge (though, the frosting wasincredible!) We will definitely be back!
