The empanadas from La Che are amazing! 10/10. Unfortunately we went while they were moving to their new location on Michigan St... which doesn’t seem ready at all yet. Furniture looked 20+ years old like if it were already there when they moved in and only2 tables. Also, they have some locals/regulars there that I can see will drive down their business. I was eating my food andthis man walks in with his dog and his dog jumps on the chair at our table and begs for food and the owner of the dog didn’tdo anything about it. I pushed the dog off and and the dog hopped up again. my partner had to get up and say something. The dogsowner apologized and said “sorry, we come here everyday and that’s his spot”. Since I was eating with my hands, I wasquite annoyed that I had to touch the dog. I love dogs but not while I’m eating. The new place needs work, but empanadaswe’re delicious as always. DELICIOUS ????. Absolutely delicious. I used to go to another restaurant for empanadas, BUT La Che has an authentic Argentinean... flavor, so now I only order empanadas from here ????. I recommend the Deep Fried Beef Empanadas! They ALSO have the BESTcustomer service!! For example, I ordered my go-to dish on the app: Deep Fried Beef Empanadas (which again, you should try). Andthen I added a dessert into my online cart. Minutes after I sent the order via the app to the restaurant, the Owner himselfCALLED ME to inform me that my desired dessert was sold out for the weekend. Amazing communication. No surprises ????. Once Iarrived there, he gave me options! ???? "Our vendor is closed on weekends, so would you like to substitute your dessert withanother item today? Or come back later this week after the vendor drops off the ingredients? Or would you like a refund?" Ichose to come back for my dessert later in the week... and let me tell YOU why: ???? if you enjoy Tres Leches cake, THIS STOREIS WHERE IT'S AT! Seriously, their tres leches cake is freaking amazing. DELICIOUS. Great texture. Moist. And fuuuull of sweetflavor. They even chop up the fruit on top (ie. the pineapple) making it easier and cleaner for the consumer to scoop & eat!???? Read more

Absolutely amazing! The staff was very funny,and helpful. If you’re wondering if it’s worth it- IT IS. The food -(and I say... this a Taurus sun ) is phenomenal. I will be going here at least once a week and I literally can not shut up about it it’sjust so amazing. For the prices it is a must eat. SOO GOOD. We tried almost the whole menu, and we loved every single one. We’ve only had fat tummy’s for comparison, and... although these were smaller than tummy’s, the flavor was better, the filling was not greasy/all cheese like tummy’s. Thesauces are amazing. We had them delivered (free through their site), and they showed up right at the promised time. Read more
Absolutely delicious! Just moved nearby and will never move away because I don’t think I could bear to not be near this place!... My husband and I had the Argentinian empanadas for lunch one day and immediately had to order again the next day for the wholefamily!! Read more
