COFFEE MACHINE AT THE BROOKS CITY BASE LOCATION HAS BEEN DOWN FOR 8 MONTHS. The staff even confirmed this. I ordered a... coffee and a donut and was told their coffee brewer is down. This is our go to place for Krispy Kreme before going back to Corpus Christi whenever we visit San Antonio. ROBYN provided the... best customer service last night. She greeted us upon entering the store, gave us the donut sampler, and explained to us thespecial deals for the day. She was very professional, polite, and provided an overall Outstanding customer experience to me andmy family. She?s a true asset to Krispy Kreme and definitely deserves a special recognition!!! the cold coffee machine or capability has been down each time I go there x 3 so far, in a period of 3 months. Otherwise, donuts... are great, there is never a line when i have gone in the a.m. in and out is always good. Read more

Update: I went to this Krispy Kreme on 15 August 21 for a revisit. They were out of the raspberry filled donuts ????. However,... they did have their new signature promtional donuts the smores. However, everytime I visit this Krispy Kreme they seem toalways be out of some type of donut. I know its more later in the evening. However, I would recommend to management to updatetheir production schedule to supply the demand of the rasberry filled donuts. Lastly, the staff was nice and made alternativerecommendations that worked out in the end. I increased the experience from three to four stars. ----?---------- This was anaverage experience. Although I went to this location in the evening they were almost out of all donuts. I almost decided toleave but ended up purchasing a dozen. This location needs to do a better job with managing stock throughout the whole day.Customers in the morning should be just as important as customers in the evening. Also, they need to bring back the powderedstrawberry donuts as a normal item. I don't know why they got rid of it but its one of the reasons I stopped going to KrispyKreme all together. Read more
