Despite the bad reviews, I didn't wanted to go out of my way to get a quick grab. I arrived at 8:37 PM and there was 2 cars in... front of me. I placed my order and was at the window in less than 3 minutes. Was greeted by Team leader Alexa. She was reallycourteous and sweet. I asked her about the hours of the drive thru and she told me they are open until 9:30PM but the dinner at8pm. I guess the expirence of others wasnt the same for me. My husband and I experienced the worst customer service at this location!! Not only are ?business hours? misleading, also the... woman taking orders at the drive thru this evening was extremely rude and clearly seems to hate her job! When I made an attemptto order our food I received nothing but attitude from this woman. I was so upset that I just drove off. This new location isvery convenient as I reside in the area yet, I never plan to return as a customer. I will happily drive miles away. Don?t wasteyour time of money here! Read more
We reached here around 8:40 twice, but the restaurant was closed both the times.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The only problem I seem to find is knowing when exactly this place is supposed to... be open? Is there a specific time that it opens and closes everyday? Read more
