I was going from Blanco/Jackson Keller where I live to Gus Eckhart off of Fredericksburg Rd. with a kitten, no carrier, on the... bus to cheer a friend up. At Medical Transit center, I decided to walk. Thought it would be quicker than 2 more bus rides. OMG..No money. Kitten hungry, hot. Frustrated. Only half way there. I asked a KFC worker going to the dumpster. Do you have anychicken bones for my kitten. He said no. It looked like he was throwing out grease. My kitten needed formula. This young mangoes. Do you think this will help and hands me a ten dollar bill. I wanted to ????. I was starving also. One chicken finger forkitten pricy 2.45. I bought large order fried. 4.60 but worth it... I ordered a 16-piece package which was full of oil, fully salted and flavored with burnt oil. I do not know if the people who... work there have a problem with the company, but they should not do this kind of thing with diners. Plus the fries were the samecondition. The food was fine, the place was clean and we were greeted w a smile. However, this is why I gave them 5 stars. An elderly and... in a wheelchair came in and placed an order. After a few attempts the card kept declining so he was leaving w no food. A lady( another customer) and myself was not about to let him leave without food but one of the employees had his order and thecashier responds w "he hadn't paid" and she said "I already made it so let him have it" I just want to say BRAVO BRAVO forrepresenting love for community. I came to this restaurant today and in the process of getting to the restaurant I had been trying to contact my friends that... were busy moving furniture from one place to another it took me a while to get a hold of them. I had already placed my order bythe time I finally reached my friends, however when I got to the drive up window I added three more meals to my order. It wasgoing to be a 20 minute wait, however I was fine with this as it was for Popeyes and I know they are not always heavily stockedon this item. At any rate I just want to express my gratitude to the staff at that restaurant on this day February 25th of 2022for the excellent customer service and the curiosity that they showed me while adding meals to my order right there at thedrive-thru window and then expediting the order out to me as quickly as possible with the smile on their face! Way to go teammembers of Kentucky fried Chicken on Fredericksburg road right there by wurzbach road! KFC always great. Like to get big snack box with drumstick/thigh two sides biscuit. Price varies usually more than tv ad. My... last order was one snack box. Before that previous visit was 4 snack boxes. Everyone pleased with food. Service professional.Order prepared quickly.
