I ordered here a few days ago. chicken was really greasy and ruined taste.
Service was friendly and fast but food was abnormally oily. I threw it in the trash without touching it ????
I went to KFC I went there for the first time on San Pedro and there was one car in front of me and I literally had to wait... almost 15 minutes for me to go through drive-thru and after they took my order I still had to wait and then when I proceeded tothe drive-thru window I noticed that half my order was on the window and I still had to wait another almost 10 minutes for theother half of the order to come in and I purchased two burritos and a three piece chicken tenders and the fries were cold thatchicken tenders were cold and also hard and the burritos had too much sour cream onion in them and I noticed that all theemployees with the manager were just talking and not doing their job as in taking care of the customers and when I ordered thethree-piece tenders it came with the meal and they also forgot to give me my drink and I spoke to the manager ebony and shewanted me to come back which was I was already at home and it's a 15 minute drive to get there KFC and that was one of the mostterrible experiences I have had with KFC and it was not worth the visit or the money I spent and I would never go again to thatstore as long as Ebony's the manager and the crew that she has working for them is not working or taking care of the customersit wasn't worth it and waste of a trip going all the way out there. Tried to get drivethru on Saturday night at 9:30. They are supposed to close at 11:00. All the lights are on but they're... closed. Didn't have the decency to put a sign on the drive thru or door saying they're closed, while u wait for someone to takeyour order. Read more
Their hours say Friday till 12am.. at 9:50 they said taco bell only.. After waiting in line for 20 min.. when I asked again that... no orders for KFC he said no.. Wented on 11-13-22 at 6:25 p.m. a Sunday evening. Original chicken was cold with NO flavor. Biscuit was hard.
