The Famous Bowl is my normal go-to when I am at KFC. On this trip, I found something extra in my chicken. This piece of plastic... was inside one of the chicken chunks. I debated eating the rest, which I ended up doing without incident. (The remainder wasactually very good.) I'm not sure where the plastic was introduced, but when I tweeted the picture and a caption to @kfc onTwitter, the tweet disappeared (twice!). I went here between 7-7:30pm Honestly the employees was nice. But the Manager of this place is absolutely rude. Never had an... issue until today. I drove up and literally said I wanted a 5 piece and the cashier miss understood me but was being nice aboutit. Then the manager gets on the speaker and wouldn?t even let me get a word in saying I needed to be more specific about whatI need. Talked real fast. I was trying to order. Made me feel real uncomfortable. Then I drove off and saw I only got a 4 piece.So I went back in and the manager gave me a extra Tender but acted like it was a major problem. I will say the original recipe skin was cooked perfectly, best I ever had! The staff were good. However, everything in the... dining area was not. The soda machines in the whole location produced only flat beverages because someone forgot to have the CO2canister replaced in time. The ice dispenser was empty.
