This is my local KFC. Not sure what happened or changed for the last 3months I get dried old chicken. Dried out fries. I always... want to say something but hope the next time is different. Nope here I sit with my chicken so dry I can hardly chew it. We paygood money for your service. AlsoI was ignored for a long time when I asked for a receipt. She finally rudely gave me a receipt and it wasn't even my receipt.She was angry that I asked. But I won't be going back. I?m not sure about all the complaints about dry chicken and dry fries but I ordered a chicken sandwich box at KFC and it hit the... spot. Nice and juicy chicken in my sandwich and the fries were soft with a lil crunch. Maybe, I just came on a goodday? UPDATE: I wrote that review a couple months ago. I recently went back and was disappointed beyond belief especially aftersuch a good meal last time. My "biscuits" were all doughy on the inside...... the tenders were amazing, the mashed potatoes and wedges perfect.
Not the first time. I am hopeful because of that one time I got everything decent. This experience was extra salty chicken extra... crispy bread and gooy mashed potatoes. Last time cold and old fries and stinky cole slaw. I just can't anymore. And i call thestore to let them know and they tell me to drive 15 minutes back to the nearest KFC so that I could wait to replace one item andthey just mess that up as well. The chicken recipe was changed on the day I went. They used chicken from Sequin and promoted it. I thought it was the seasoning,... but it was a different chicken that tasted less pleasant than usual. Read more
