So I ordered the 12 piece family meal for pickup. I didn't mind the short wait upon arriving, but it definitely wasn't worth the... money spent. The one star is for everything being there, but that's where the good ends. The chicken was cold, soggy, incrediblygreasy, and very salty (Yes I understand that fried chicken is inherently greasy, but not like this). The bag was sealed so Ididn't check, but they didn't put the lid on correctly for one of the bowls of gravy, so I had gravy all in the bottom of thebag. Waited 30 minutes for our food after going through the drive thru when it wasn?t even busy. Every other person that walked in... had a very long wait as well, included those with mobile orders. All we ordered were chicken strips and a macaroni bowl. Somehowgot our order wrong by adding BBQ sauce to our Macaroni bowl. Would not recommend. Read more

Where to begin. It's been a very long time since I've had KFC. And it's going to be a very long time once again because of this... experience. In total for this restaurant, there was approximately 8 people. I placed my order with the gentleman who seemed niceenough, but then disappeared it to go do something and then somebody else finished up because they were too busy concerned withsomeone who appeared to be a former employee trying to get a job again. The person who originally helped me was eating at thedrive-thru window, well I guess my food was being prepared. The food that I ordered came out, and I was missing half of myorder, and I went through it again with the employee. I asked for a gravy on the side with everything and of course it was allmixed together. The chicken sandwich had a hard bun, and I was missing one. I asked for everything on the side and of courseeverything gets piled on there. The employee seeing new customers walking in hurriedly put my stuff together and threw it in abag. Looking through it to make sure everything was there it was not. He seemed to be in a hurry now because there were morecustomers coming in that weren't originally there. Telling the employee the bun was hard for the chicken sandwich, he gave meback a refund cash for that, however decided to leave my order behind the counter and not give it to me until I asked. I thenasked if they really wanted me to fill out the customer satisfaction survey rhetorically. As I was leaving, the employee camerunning out to me and gave me more of a refund and asked for my receipt, I told him I wasn't giving him my receipt, because ithad my information on there. He could do whatever he needs to do internally to show the refunds. He apologized and said they gotslammed. Really? I was in there and nobody was in there and I counted the number of customers. We tried the pickled chicken sandwich and also the pickled chicken tenders. It tasted like really good chicken but it was... lacking the pickle flavor. What we both suggested is that they should supply pickle juice dipping sauce!! Coating the chickenwill make it mushy. We wish they would marinate the chicken in pickle juice. But if they could give a little cup of pickle saucefor dipping. That would be awesome!! Read more
Like all taco bells you sometimes have to make sure you get what you ordered...but if you get your food while the assistant... manager Ruben is working, you will have a fantastic experience. His positive and friendly attitude also rubs off on hisemployees while he's there. It's honestly how things should be done. Read more
