It seems that people in the service industry just don't care these days. My children have been craving KFC all week. Pulled up... at this location and ordered at the drive thru. 18 piece meal with four sides. Two mac and cheese, one coleslaw, one fries. Goto pay, and in the 30 seconds I was with they cashier he dissed the franchise owner to me for no reason. Asked me to pull upfront and 'give me 5 minutes for the fries'. Get the order, drive home some 15 miles, no fries! Chicken looks like it was slamdunked into the buckets, it was so tightly packed, and look liked it was hacked apart by a rusty machete. Nearly fifty bucksdown the drain. Absolute shameful. While it will be eaten people need to try harder folks. Tried calling the store, asked forthe manager and then they put the phone down. I usually always come to KFC and know what I want. I come in first thing I see is a cashier called NATHANEAL who had a straight... face not smiling not greeting not welcoming as I got to the counter he shook his head to ask me what my order was. I said I wantmy order to be off of the fryer 3 times he didn?t even respond so I thought he understood but doesn?t know how to answer, Hewanted to give me my change he owed me 0.96 cents he gave them all to me in dimes ( I told him man you have quarters he lookedat me and closed the cash drawer and said it?s closed now) 1 min later my food comes out not from the fryer and was help onwarmers . Dude if you don?t wanna work go home? Never returning back to this place and I even emailed corporate about this. Ohbtw no manager came and checked on what?s going on. Read more
Surprised to say that I received best customer service in a very long time! Employee named Zeke was great! From a simple phone... call to the drive thru window he was excellent!! Food was hot and fresh. Keep up the great service!! KFC management- employeescome and go but good employees are far and few; utilize this good employee you have. Read more
Came here with a buddy of mine. We got the 12pc family meal with 3 lg sides and 6 rolls and 2lg drinks. All and all was... delicious. More impressed was I of the interior of the renovated place. KFC did their homework, cause it looks and feels amazingand a bit cozy. Nicest interior of a fast food place I have seen so far. I might add that the employees were chill and that KFCmountain dew flavor made this stop in a must. Will be back! Read more
*Update* The inside has been updated, The update is nice, it's in the below pics. I tried the "spicy bowl" but I didn't care... for it that much. It just seemed to be an oil that was added on top of the normal bowl. * Look, Original recipe is my favorite.So, I rarely try crunchy or other thing on the menu. But when I want fried chicken, it's my favorite. I go to this locationregularly, the vast majority of the time, the service is pretty good, and surprisingly friendly. It's not always spic and spaninside, but it's clean enough. This is a good location as far as KFC's go. Read more

The manager was very friendly amd made us feel at home. She brought our food out to the table, and later brought us handwipes... and mints. Sometimes those small gestures can make something as simple as a fast food restaurant stand out. The food was prettygood, and we left satisfied with our experience. Read more
