The person taking orders thru the drive-thru let's you know with every word out of her mouth that she's miserable having to do... her job and she's passing that feeling onto the customer. She was rude & dismissive but at least she took the order downcorrectly according to the receipt. The kitchen however, either can't read what was ordered or just decided to ignore itbecause the 2 breast upcharges were filled with 2 thighs. When you call back afterwards, no one answers the phone. There areplenty of other choices in the area, spend your money some else. The customer service makes you miserable to be there, actlike they're doing you a favor just by talking to you, you won't get what you paid for, and won't have anyone answer when youcall back to speak to a supervisor/manager. Change your jingle. NOT a 'big ole bowl' for 5 bucks. It was a regular bowl only half full. And I ordered a kids chicken strip... meal that came with fries and a drink. When we got home and opened the box, no chicken strips... only fries. Read more
