Kfc messed up my stomach. I ordered the spicy mac and cheese bowl. Instead of spicy chicken nuggets. They added chicken... nuggets with Nashville hot oil. This made the dish oily instead of creamy. It was a fail3ed attempt at a new dish. I wouldnot recommend this dish to anyone else. If you want to try this this, then.. it will be at your own risk. Try the regularmac and cheese, first. I was picking up a Door Dash order & when I got there they told me it would be about 6 minutes because the sandwich hadn't been... made yet. 15 minutes later I got my order. If it's going to be 15 minutes then they should tell me 15 minutes so I can decide ifI want to wait or get another driver to pick it up when it is ready. Delivery drivers only make money when we're delivering, notwhile we're waiting 15+ minutes for our order. Read more
So me and my wife decided to stop on the way home we ordered and then we told to pull up and I'll bring it out to us. 30 minutes... goes by, two cars that ordered after us get their food and leave. meanwhile we're there waiting 30 minutes only to find out thatthey ran out of chicken. and didn't tell us!! no apologies, no sorry for the inconvenience or the wait. we were just told itwould be about 4 minutes longer after getting my money back I can tell you I will never be back I've been in customer servicewell over 30 years and this is by far some of the worst customer service I have ever had. My son's love the Spicy KFC sandwich. I could be wrong but it looked to me the sandwich was not made fresh from what I saw it... looked to have been reheated in the fryer as it was only placed in fryer for about 2 min. My sandwich was tuff to chew. Drivingfrom out of town and my boys being hungry. They didn't care. I don't plan on coming to this location in the future. Read more
I order 2 tacos and when I opened them it was like someone just smeared the meat. But the lady that makes the tacos, she goes... all out with her family. I get KFC and taco bell plus discounts. As a customer I pay for my food and this is what I get for mymoney. I think management needs to be aware of the employees and see the quality of service. Read more
