Nice patio, I ate outside had a lunch special, tasty large slice of pizza two toppings,fresh salad and drink . I had ordered... to go as well-reasonable price . Walk up counter to order and runners bring your food, apparently the runners do not bring outthe to-go orders. After I finished my lunch I had to go inside to get my to go order. Read more

Cute place where you order up front then your food is delivered to where you're sitting - help yourself drinks. We had pizza and... I particularly liked the crust. Toppings were really good too (red sauce not my favorite). Really nice folks that work there. Read more

Really good lasagna! I like really super basic lasagna- and that?s what this is. No frills, no hidden vegetables, no weird... twists just regular basic meat and cheese lasagna. My wife had eggplant parmigiana and was disappointed since she really likescomplex flavors, vegetables, and all day hand crafted sauces. She said the butter garlic noodles (pictured) were so flavorlessit tasted like they rinsed them in garlic water and called it good. Beer selection was okay. This place serves Pepsi. My 5yr oldreally liked the kids ravioli and the noodles. The server asked us if we wanted bread, we said yes and he said okay, but then wenever saw him again so I?m guessing he was just taking a poll on how much people like bread. We got our table wares from a cartby the kitchen and the drinks are self serve - so if you do go here - maybe don?t tip at the register like I did. I?d say skipgoing here for a sit down meal but maybe the pizza is good. Read more

This is by FAR the best pizza in town. Everything we ordered was very good and tasty, the service was friendly and relatively... quick. We will most definitely visit again. So I can't say this enough, Julian's Italian Pizzeria & Kitchen has got the best lunch deal in town! I previously posted about... the chicken italiano at the West location, and today I decided to stop by Alamo Heights one. Totally different vibe for lunchhere! Way more intimate and relaxing - I did not want to get back to work. But back to the great deal: for $10.95 I wastreated to a great little side salad, with house made Italian dressing, Parmesan shavings, red onion, tomatoes and moreimportantly no shredded iceberg lettuce which is what I've been getting lately. And the baked rigatoni with meat sauce andsausage (i added for $1) was sooo delicious and hot and cheesy and cooked perfectly and coated with zesty sauce! This alreadyhad turned my day around but then there's the bread...ooooh that bread!!! A warm and soft little oval of goodness! So moist andfresh and chewy...so good!! And drink included!!! ???? Kids chicken alredo, kids grilled cheese, beef rigatoni, Italian sausage lasagne. Freshly made, full of flavor, perfectly... layered lasagna. Black cherry soda was delicious and unique. Love this place. To be Honest I only tried the pizza because of a "One Bite Pizza review" YouTube video and it was my first time... ordering a plain cheese pizza. I was highly impressed with the size, texture and depth of the flavors in the cheese pizza. Ivenever tasted anything like it and this is the bar that I'll judge pretty much all pizza by for a long long time. I cannot sayenough good things about the plain cheese pizza here. Read more
