This was our first visit to a Jim's and it was just okay. We got the award winning chicken tortilla soup and it was bland with... no heat and no flavor of any kind. The hash browns on the other hand were really good, you can taste the fresh peeled potatodifference. We will try one more time to make sure it wasn't just the shift. Read more
This place is incredible. The service is always amazing no matter which one I have gone to. I'm on the mediterranean diet and... have ordered the protein bowl on several different occasions and have it with the salmon so I can get my omega fatty acids. I amin love with the ancient grains and veggies in the dish. It is reasonably priced and I definitely get it with the add onavocado. Read more
Terrible service. Food was good/decent. The server NEVER checked on us after he brought us our food. No tea refills either. ... He was more concerned about filling up glasses of water at the server station. The irony of it all is we were seated not morethan 4 feet from the server station. Well, well, well, very disappointed with this place. I came in and was told to sit wherever I wanted and asked for coffee for a... drink. Got my water, but no coffee, and the waitress never returned to take my order. After al long wait, this traveler decidedthat it was about to leave since the people that arrived 30 minutes later just got their meal. I should have went, next door, tothe Cracker Barrel, instead.
