Fast sandwich drive thru. When you have a 30 min lunch this place will meet your needs.
The worst experience I have ever had they ran out of bread so we canceled the order on door dash we went ahead and told them we... didn?t want the food they still charged are credit card and then we went too store too ask about our order they claim theycouldn?t do nothing about VERY UMPROFFESIONAL! This is the second time this location has messed up my sandwich. Simple request to add Dijon mustard. I've gotten this same... sandwich for years and the Dijon does make a signifcant difference in taste for me. The first time, they offered a credit on myaccount which I decided to redeem for the exact same sandwich. And once again, it was forgotten despite speaking with anassociate for this order versus the app order from the initial sandwich. I'm disappointed as I started a job down the street andwas looking forward to these sandwiches. But I'm in the same strip as Jersey Mike's so it looks like they'll be getting my moneyover Jimmy John's. Read more
So I drive through San Antonio about 3-4 times a month and this has become a destination spot for me because 1.) I like Jimmy... John's Sandwiches in general and 2.) The great Customer Service they have at this particular one. They same guy is usually theone that gets my order and he is always super Chipper! The receipt says his name is Ramon.
