Bought two combos grab chips worker gives me dirty looks not sure why. If they don't like for people to pick out there own... chips then maybe they should hand them out. What a bad way to make your customers feel. . Not going back ever and will notrecommend. Read more

1 star because I love Jimmy John's sandwiches, however management (Monic) has poor communication skills , and poor judgment, ... she should not be in the position she is in for lack of tasks. This is second order I've placed with this location. 1. Time Iplaced an order , I waited 30min and called to see of maybe the driver got lost (because some of the few drivers lack to followinstructions and end up lost, no big deal) they said they were running behind and they be there , an hour passed and I calledback if they can just cancel order because I had a meeting and I was already late. The manager responded that she alreadycanceled my order and canceled delivery. I questioned her. Why she didn't call me to update me so that way I wasn't waitingaround. She said because it was passed the 30min and so they just credit me (but they still never informed me that they canceledthe order ) 2. I called today (which had already been several days after the first incident) and asked for the same order. Sheresponded (same manager) my driver will be there shortly. It's been 45min already so I called and ask nicely again of driver gotlost. She responded they are running behind and orders will be taking 30-45min , i responded I wanted to inform they know wherethey are going because in the past they got lost. She responded if I placed the order online with specific Instructions they'dbe there. I replied that I called it in and was just making sure , her response was "well they will be there then" as I'mwriting this concern , it's already been passed an hour and still no call, no update. And no lunch. Very disappointing and lackof management and leadership skills for the manager. This location used to be great with communication, the drivers would callif they were lost or running a few minutes behind. And this time it's been terrible communication and customer service! Well apparently cash is not accepted in this location, I was just denied 5 combo's with a $62 total because apparently and I... quote never, never, ever accept cash, then I was told to just go somewhere to break a $100 bill and then come back! Bad attitudefrom I guess is the line manager and the clerk. Good job Jimmy John's, you are the fastest to kick customers out of your stores. Read more

Not your typical Jimmy John?s experience. We came for lunch, and there weren?t many customers there. The service was slow at... each step of the way, from ordering to receiving the food. Normally JJ?s is really fast. The soda fountain was out of order. Ourboxed lunches came loose with no box. The sandwiches were thrown together sloppily and prepared incorrectly - tomatoes insteadof onions, mayo instead of mustard, etc. Employees laughing and joking on the sandwich line, taking their time to make the food.You have to go back up to the counter to ask for napkins. Overall very disappointing for a first visit, especially consideringthe proximity to the office. Two stars instead of one because even though it was a disaster, the chips and cookies were good. Every time I order from this store it is guaranteed to take 1 to 1.5 hours. When I called to check on my sandwich that was... ordered 40 minutes prior and had not left the store I was told "It really hasn't been that long" she did not resolve the issueand ended the call quickly before I could reply. I called back and asked for them to cancel the order as I did not appreciatethe customer service. If she would have explained, apologized, or even acknowledged my concern, I would have been moreunderstanding. Read more
