Cashier did not ask about rewards ahead of time and when i asked about how rewards work she apologized. my turkey sandwich... barely had any turkey in it. It was basically all bread and stuffed with lettuce. Don't plan on going back again, don'trecommend this place for a good sandwich. Read more

I drove over here well before 9pm, and it says they close at 9pm, I was here well before 8:55 pm and the door was locked and... they were closed. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS JIMMY JOHNS AGAIN. And if you are shorthanded? At least post a note on thedoor! At this rate they need to go out of business, or change your hours. Tried to order online to pickup. What a convoluted process. I live right around the corner so I drove over there thinking it... would be faster in person. Nope. They actually gave my order to someone else standing there waiting on their order. When theyfinally found out (he left and then brought it back) they had to remake the order. I?ve ordered twice from this location in the past week and have received a phone call moments later asking me to come pick up my... order because they don?t have delivery drivers. I get it if they are short staffed. But is it so hard to take the deliveryoption off from this location? It?s seriously a let down to get excited and place an order just to be told never mind. Happenedonce on door dash and the other on their own website. Still haven?t even received a refund from the first order. The ownerreally needs to step in and get this store together or find somebody that can. I wonder if it?s the same owner that blindsidedits San Marcos location closing days before Christmas with nothing but a sign on the door saying to call a number. Read more
My office used to order from here regularly. The past year has been terrible: over an hour wait for food, skimpy portions,... orders fulfilled wrong, and absolutely no care on behalf of management at this store when you speak up. Nothing changes. Don'twaste your time. Oh, and when you 'reach out to the owner of the location' as the Jimmy John's responses to these reviews state,all they do is 'notify the owner.'
