I drove over here well before 9pm, and it says they close at 9pm, I was here well before 8:55 pm and the door was locked and... they were closed. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS JIMMY JOHNS AGAIN. And if you are shorthanded? At least post a note on thedoor! At this rate they need to go out of business, or change your hours. Tried to order online to pickup. What a convoluted process. I live right around the corner so I drove over there thinking it... would be faster in person. Nope. They actually gave my order to someone else standing there waiting on their order. When theyfinally found out (he left and then brought it back) they had to remake the order.
