Ordered the food for delivery (Austin Highway location) while helping my sister move. The whole reason we ordered from JJ?s is... the ?Freaky Fast? delivery. Well, 45 minutes later, and it doesn?t even show out for delivery! Completely ridiculous! Nexttime we will just hit up the Chick-fil-a drive thru or just order pizza (takes just as long, maybe)!!! Update: called andinquired about my order. The reply was the ?one? delivery driver they had working, ran out of gas. Well, a call would?ve beennice. Sandwiches made fast and delicious but what a sauna!! Didn't use the RR nor did I dine in (hot) but I will say if the employee... is making sandwiches and has a very nice groomed long beard U HAVE TO WEAR A BEARD NET! We've ordered from Jimmy John's a lot, especially since the pandemic began. Usually, our food is delivered as ordered without... any issues. For one of our sandwiches, we ordered pickles and peppers, with no onions. We received a sandwich with onions and nopickles and peppers. Also, we ordered chips that arrived unsealed and open. Horrible customer service with the exception of the manager. I ordered the veggie, a simple sandwich with avocado as the second... ingredient, first bite in and realized it was dry. I open the sandwich and find there isn?t any avocado so I call and get a veryargumentative woman who rudely explains that it?s in between the cheese. I go to double check and find the avocado, literally ateaspoon spread across the entire sandwich. For a sandwich with avocado as the second ingredient and acting as a substitute formeat I would have expected more but apparently I was mistaken. I always order this sandwich from JJ and never had this happen.The manager was nice and had another one delivered but I?m scared to eat it since I?m sure the woman that took my call spat init. Me and my husband says this place sucks. Our bread was steal we had more bread than meat plus they don't even heat the... sandwiches. Never ever again our first time it was out last time. Read more
