Love Jimmy John?s but don?t love this location. Last order took over an hr to deliver my food. I didn?t receive my order until... after my lunch break. Called the location and they were no help. When I called, the lady said the delivery driver had a wholebunch of orders. I understand sometimes they will get delayed but never even got an apology from both her or the driver.Instead, the driver blamed me because he couldn?t find the location. HE?s DELIVERED TO US ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS PRIOR!!! I havebeen getting the same delivery guy lately and he is very rude. The younger driver that used to deliver was super sweet but hehasn?t delivered lately. The rude driver is an older man and will just drop my order on the lobby chairs where people constantlysit their butts on and just walk out.This will be the last time I order from them. Read more
