They always do a great job and I love their subs but today so impressed with this lady. She said the delivery driver quit so I... would have to pick up my (very close by) order. I ran in and I?m not sure what happened but she was the ONLY one working andstill getting out orders. I hope she gets recognized for her efforts. Acknowledging everyone that walked in and dealing with mycatering order could not be easy. Read more

Ordered on DoorDash, claims they called and left me a voice mail but I got nothing from them. After an hour, they just closed... out my order and took my money lol. Seems to be a common issue with this place is that they will just say they have no deliverydriver, accept doordash orders then disappear! Read more

This place can not get an order right anymore, never have a driver, always have something broken/ out of stock and always close... early. I'm surprised they're even still in business. Management doesn't seem to care about customers/the location cause theyknow how big the JJ branding is, employees can be rude depending on "who you get", and food is always half put togetherrecently. Just look at any of the good reviews and find me one from this year.. lol. Would rather walk to the next JJ than spendanother $ at this location again! Read more

Everytime I order delivery they come up with some excuse why they can?t deliver or have to close early.. No bread, long wait... times, understaffed, no driver even scheduled, out of ice and drinks, but there always happy for me to come pick it up..? Thisis something that has been going on for months and at first I thought, maybe I just order a lot (which I DID probably 5x a monthfor the past 2 or 3 years from this location) , but it seems like now every other time they have to cancel my order and refundme. Have had it happen at least 10x in the past 2-3 months alone. Safe to say I won?t be eating from this location anymore. Motherday review No Tea , no Roast Beef , Well went here for lunch my mother oreded a Vito sub was given a Blt, sent it back,... then a eas given a number 4 was told he heard a turkey sent that back then they finaly got her Vito sub, the floors are a littlesticky. I don't really write reviews at all or ever, but I just had to write one for this location because of the poor service I've... received lately. At each time I've ordered a sandwich from this location, it's always either missing chips or some kind ofingredient on the sandwich. Additionally, each order from this location consistently takes 50min or so to arrive despite beingmuch less than 5 min. driving distance from the store. The most recent order: today, took 1hr. 50 min. to get to my door. Willnot be returning or re-using this location for myself or for the businesses I associate with. The small shining star in this isthat the ingredients still taste good when eaten. Unfortunately, it's not enough to warrant a return. Read more

Fast location and they get you in an out the door super quick. Friendly staff but I have to give 3 stars because every time I... come here there bread always tastes stale. Other than that, no complaints. Read more
