Love coming here. Food is always fresh and bread slaps every time. While it is pricey, I think the amount of food and quality is... worth the price, but to be fair, I also always order a large JJ gargantuan so that's a pricey sub. Took a star off as thislocation, literally ALL THE TIME, soda machine never works. Read more
I was greeted by everyone in the store the second I walked in and immediately felt welcomed. My order was taken and prepared... swiftly by Nate, David, and Alexander. The bread was so fresh and soft and all the ingredients were delicious. The store smelledamazing and was very clean even the bathrooms. The team who closed Monday, August 8 was amazing. I was heading home from the vet after picking up my pet?s ashes and ordered... online around closing time. Got stuck in traffic on 410. Called them up and they stayed past close so that I could run in andgrab my sandwich. Excellent customer service. Thank y?all! Read more
My Husband worked here for a few days, he quit due to conflicting information on job duties but he never received his final... paycheck, Contacted the Manager Numerous times which she never responded. And this seems like the only way in trying tocommunicate to resolve this issue. So hopefully this will work. Read more
It's tough to give this visit a rating. We ordered and scheduled delivery, however we received call a few minutes later that... they did not have a delivery driver. I was not too happy about that but when I arrived to pick up the order, we did receive adiscount, which I did not ask for. They offered and I was appreciative of that. If I could give this review 4.5 stars I think Iwould. Sandwiches here are always delicious and fresh, and JJ is quickly becoming my go to spot for sandwiches in our area. Read more
DO NOT GO HERE! This is the 3rd time in the past few months that we have got our subs missing the meat. For a business that... only makes sandwiches, this seems a little ridiculous, but I wish I was making this up. Just got our order and got back to workto eat, missing meat in the Beach Club. Naturally called to let them know and see what can be done. Manager did not apologizeand said ?you can bring it back and we?ll remake it.? I?m at work now and unable to leave so I asked, ?can you send a driverwith a new one and you can have this one back, to which he said ?That would be an inconvenience to my driver that did notdeliver your order.? WOW. Your store employee did his job of making a simple sandwich incorrectly and you are concerned with howthis may inconvenience you!? The manager was not apologetic, did not care this has happened before, nor offer any othersolution than come back or take it as is. Worst customer experience I?ve seen lately. Jimmy John?s is independently franchisedand I would strongly suggest you choose another one to go to. This place is horrible. It cant be that hard to make sure all theingredients in your sub are there specially if that?s all your job requires. Hopefully this gets to the right owner/manager andthey make necessary changes or more customers will stop going as I won?t be back. Read more
