So I really enjoy Jason?s Deli black currant tea. So we order and I notice the tea is empty so I ask if they could bring some... tea out. The response I get is that they close in 40 minutes so we won?t make anymore. Okay I?ll have some unsweetened tea butthat?s empty as well. The response I get is have a fountain drink. I love eating at Jason's deli!
Was served spoiled beef soup. But was given a free salad. Probably won't come back again.
Eat somewhere else, and read further down from my review at the location at Wurzbach/i10 to see that receiving incorrect orders... appears to be a regular occurrence at this location, with people receiving similar treatment from management/staff. 2 wrongorders at one location. 3 months of chasing someone down to fix the problem. Was in touch with 3 people who said they wouldpromptly return my call. Finally reach a woman named Stephanie who was beyond rude with an aggressively bad attitude, and hadan appalling response to my problem: "You're wasting your time. You call this office multiple times. Take your businesselsewhere." I'm sure Jason's Deli will survive without my money, but maybe a few people who have had similar experiences seethis and choose not to eat there. Maybe people who take respect and accountability seriously will choose to patronize adifferent restaurant if they know they will have a poor experience God forbid there's a problem with the food.
