We love this spot so we visit every year on special occasions. Service is always great, the music is the best. The food is... always fresh and great tasting. If I had one thing to complain about it would be that; When we made the reservation they askedif it was anything special we wanted to add and yes it was so we did. Jardin has my heart!! I love the mezze style option! The 9 plate option is great for two people and allows you to choose a good... variety of small dishes that work well with each other. There are so many great small dishes to choose from! The grilled cheese(made out of goat cheese) was very elegant and flavorful. The naan is a must have and came out very warm! The white cheddarstuffed dates were also very good and a pleasant surprise. My only con is that the stuffed dates only came with two. Wish therewere more! Absolutely love this restaurant. Food and service are on point. Our mothers day reservation was for 3:45 on the patio. The fans... were going and they have table fans to keep the flys away. First class service from everyone we had the pleasure of talking to.We enjoyed the special menu for Mother's Day and added the wine pairing as well. My partner and I had reservations and the first impression upon arriving was... not warm. The hostess was sitting on her phone... and when we told her of our reservation she acted as if we had been bothering her and eventually led us to our table without aword. The food is not worth the price. The gnocchi was flavorless and lacked texture, I barely touched my lamb ragout and mypartner?s beef short rib was just fine. I?ve had my fair share of experiences of just having ?fine? or ?okay? foods but for theprice, I felt that it was not acceptable and when our (really nice!!) waitress asked how the food was I explained it was justokay and she gave us two free desserts and helped us get the lamb ragout off our bill. The waitress was the only positive ofthis experience, I was happy to give her a good tip because I would rather have my money go towards her than theestablishment.. My family met for dinner on New Year?s Day and our 7pm reservation was immediately seated. We opened with a couple of cocktails... and a bottle of wine from their ample list. The menu offers a great variety of dishes to sample, and we dove right in withhummus with crispy pork belly, deviled eggs, white cheddar-stuffed dates, Bolognese-stuffed arancini, and their take on agrilled cheese sandwich, made with chèvre and tomato jam. Everything tasted delicious, with the dates and the grilled cheesebeing my personal favorites. We continued with beef kefta kabobs, crab dip, shrimp with spicy Zhoug, and from the large plates,we shared the beef short rib. Again, all offerings were exquisite, but I enjoyed the shrimp most as it was a first for me. Fabulous restaurant near the Botanical Gardens that serves up mediterranean style cuisine. We went for restaurant weeks and had... the mezze, jardin salad, lamb burger, hummus, and salmon. It was all very delicious. The hummus needs some work, but the star ofthe meal was the lamb burger. Read more
