This employee made me so mad. 1st of all. Their numbers listed wrong on Google and on the doordash app. I call. Lady gives me... the number. I ask where this store was, while dashing.. And the employee says, "what do you mean?! We're in the mall." Omg likeno way. So I proceeded to ask what stores were around. Maybe a landmark. This guy says. "Um... a perfume shop." Lmfaoreally?!?! Wow. And his customer service didnt surprise me at all when i finally found it. Sick of these kids trying to adult.Definitely need to Change the attitudes. Read more

Went here for a smoothie, this is by far the best location, the people where very friendly and where so flexible with how I... wanted to consume my drink, I asked for the blue sky in a cup and I got a beautiful drink that tasted great and most importantlyhealthy, I wish I could rate it a 10 star! I was excited to get my usual drink since I have not been to Jamba Juice in a while but I was disappointed. The staff was rude... and didn?t care that it took 15 minutes to make one drink when I was the only one there. You can get the sense that the staffdon?t enjoy their job. I will not be going back and should have read the reviews since other people reported the same issue. Read more
First of all, I love Jamba Juice. This location at La Cantera Mall, however, is not Jamba juice. Yes, it has the sign on the... wall. It has the name on the cups. But it?s garbage. The kids that work here are systematically rude and unhelpful. But worse,every time we come here the bowls are super runny and thinner even than the smoothies. Today, not only was the bowl runny but itwas salty instead of sweet. I don?t even know how that can happen. On top of that, our smoothie that was supposed to bestrawberry, orange juice and frozen bananas, appears to be only frozen strawberries and water. It is sour, not sweet, not creamylike banana. Awful. Just awful. Inedible. I don?t know how they can consistently ruin my favorite snacks and beverages everytime. But yet they don?t disappoint. They do it every time. Maybe I?ll learn my lesson and stop coming here. Read more
