Rude Normally like coming here but will definitely reconsider going somewhere else now. The employee today was extremely rude.... You can just tell he does not want to be here. So disorganized. I was double charged for a drink and I asked the manager to cancel it. He kept brushing me off telling me he... was busy and had a bad day and I tried to be understanding. All I wanted was just to make sure I got my money back for anaccidental order I asked him to make sure to cancel the order before I left and he said he will get to it for sure?Two monthslater I still don?t have my money and have to dispute it with my bank. This Jamba Juice is always great! People are friendly, store is clean, and it always smells so good inside! What really makes... this Jamba Juice stand out for me is there have been a couple times when the smoothie just didn't taste quite right, they remadeit or replaced it no questions asked.
