Worst Jamba Juice experience ever! I really like Jamba Juice. I try to stop there at least once a week, if I can. I ordered some... smoothies from this location and went straight home, like I?ve done every time in the past. The first smoothie tasted like itwas spoiled. I went to get the other one out of my refrigerator, which is set at 34*, and it was actively bubbling. It?s not acarbonated beverage. I tasted but did not drink it. Either the juice was fermented or the fruit was spoiled. About an hour and ahalf after drinking the first one I got really nauseous and got a bad headache, that lasted into the next day. I used the app tolet them know about this. I wasn?t asking for anything back or anything for free. I just wanted them to know, so that no oneelse would get sick. Through the emails I received in response I was being blamed for the problem. I was accused of not handlingthem properly. I was told that I shouldn?t have made certain substitutions or adding other ingredients. Then why do they offerthem? Read more

Came in to redeem a birthday award drink and the service was great. Greet on entrance and helped with my selection for a... drink. Answered questions I had about certain drinks as I didn?t want one with dairy. Someone was keeping the place cleanwhich you can tell they do a good job at it. Left with wishing me a happy birthday for my reward drink. Seems like a greatwork environment and good group of workers. Watermelon breeze is a hit. Read more
4 employees, no customers, insanely dirty storefront floor. Food and drinks were as expected, no complaints on that front.
I love JAMBA JUICE. It's a little pricey but its good. If the service was good as the drinks it would be worth it. I did like... the staff from before or at the other location I went to. It had been a while at this one. Hopefully If I give it one more try,they will be friendlier or at least be more inviting and courteous and not with a face of I hate my job. They have no idea howmuch it impacts with one bad customer service. Read more
One thing I've always enjoyed about Jama Juice is that you can see them make the smoothie, or the fruit ball that I got in the... photo. Additionally, you can get wheatgrass and fresh orange juice that was squeezed in front of you. A little pricey, butalways good! Read more
Always friendly and great tasting, but prices have gone way up. 24 bucks for 2 bowls, nothing extra?. Jeez?.
