I didn't ordered tacos if that's what you want to know, what I did ordered was a Jumbo Jack cheeseburger and I gotta say, it was... pretty good, but the fries were ok at best and my drink (coke) had a bit of an odd flavor. This restaurant was not as clean as I would have liked. There was no toilet paper in the restrooms and the tables were not wiped... down. The cashier was a bit incompetent. But the manager Felix made the whole dine in experience alot better! He fixed thecashiers mistake and Came around the tables to check on customers. Very nice! Read more
Tacos are super soggy as if they were microwaved and the lettuce is brown looks like that was microwaved as well. Terrible.
12 minutes sitting with 1 car ahead of me. Drive thru speaker sounded blown out when I did get to it. Super slow service. While... I was waiting 4 more cars pulled up behind me. One of the slowest locations I've been to. Writing this as I still sit and wait.Not even to the window yet.. its been 20 minutes.. once I got to the window my order was already made, but the wait for theorder box and to get to the window was nuts. Stop by this location and the wait was insanely long considering it was only 1 car ahead of us. The cashier was nice but I can't... say the same for the food. We did not get any of the condiments we asked for and the tacos that came with my meal were horrible.One taco looked halfway decent and the other looked like they pull it from under the heat lamp after sitting all day. It had avery small spot of meat in the middle and a couple shreds of cheese. The shell was hard and misshapen except for the 1 spot withthe meat. I know it was late but y'all have got to do better with the wait times and quality of food. Considering you're open24hrs.....service should be good no matter what time of day. Read more
During my first visit, my order was wrong. My second visit took three trips over 5 hours to resolve. In any case, the staff is... always friendly, but I have yet to receive the same quality of food as other JitB's. Read more
Drive thru waits are long even with few cars. Just gave up totally on jack in the crack. Not worth the wait. If you look at the... reviews, alot of complaints have to do with the drive thru. Every jack in the box has had this issue and they never improve.After your review. You'll get feedback and want you to contact them. Nice try. They should be contacting their restaurants andget them online, not us. Got to teach them how to deal with customers too cause alot of their employees are very rude. Guessthey hate their jobs. I really don't see jack in the box lasting very much longer. They are too far behind the ball to catch up.Too many restaurants already bounced back from covid and have alot more to offer. Read more
