Jonathan was extremely kind & professional when taking my order. He?s doing a great job and the manager said it was only his... fourth day. I?m glad I went here to this location. He paid attention to the smallest details even light ice in my drink. Ireally appreciated his upbeat, positive attitude and his smile. He seemed to genuinely enjoy what he was doing. Worse drive thru experience. They have no croissant for breakfast sandwiches and no ketchup for fries. The iced mocha coffee... tasted like they poured a bag of sugar in it. Went around to try to get a different drink and front doors are locked but it's830am! The two older ladies in there were in the dining area having a phone conversation. One of them signaling me to go aroundthrough drive thru. This place should close down because apparently it's not making money. Read more
Surprised how fast svc was since I was in medical center .plus I heard them say they were short a worker. My soda was huge,... chicken strips were deliciously hot, and I loved the curly fries. Yummy Read more

When there is no one in line or no cars in the parking lot, I expect not to drive up and be put on hold for a few minutes. Then... received my order and they forgot to give my drink and sauces. Had to drive back. Then I get back to hospital to see this. Justdisappointed. Read more
Ms Shakema really dislikes her job. She had asked us to move to a parking spot up front. Didn't give me the opportunity to... request some sauces. She just took my card, closed it window. Opened the window and handed me our drink & receipt. Said "moveto parking spot 1." Closed the window. Waited 10 mins. She came out with food. I requested buttermilk ranch.... because shedidn't give me the chance to ask for some. She clinched her lips as if I was asking the world for her. Proceeded to follow herinside, heard her complain about. Wished the miserable a wonderful day. Customer service is dead. I'm reminded why I don'tgive my business to Jack In the box. Read more
