Went here because my son wanted it, we got #14, they forgot to put in chicken. I ordered 3 orders of monster tacos, and they... had ketchup in them instead of hot sauce. The curly fries were not fresh at all and soggy. The only thing that was semi correctwas the munchie box. We spent $31 dollars on food that tasted nasty. I called to complain but the phone is just busy. I don?tknow how to get a hold of anybody because I want a refund. This is ridiculous to spend that amount of money for poorly preparedfood. Read more
They always get my order wrong and never have enough employees. I ordered and waited over 30minutes in the drive thru only to... find out there was only ONE employee. This is absolutely ridiculous I love jack in the box but it's going down hill. They needto do something to get more employees but having ONE person run the restaurant is not right. Read more
Trapped, blocked in at both ends and no help in sight. Yes this was the nightmare as I tried to grab a quick bite while doing... ride share work. I pulled up to the order screen and there was a car in front of me and soon after two more cars pulled inbehind me. I waited and waited but it was almost 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was there and the onlyreason they did that is because I yelled out, "is this thing working?" That's when someone came on to tell me they would beright with me. That was a lie. 20 MINUTES LATER - and I have it all on video - They finally came on and took my order. Thisis the longest wait for a meal at a FAST FOOD restaurant that I have ever experienced. A great lesson to never go back to thislocation. Read more
Terrible drive thru/customer service! Waited more than 30 mins after ordering our food in line, it was late at night and you'd... expect fast service, It is a FAST FOOD place after all! Pulled up at 12 am Sat in line for over 10 minutes, no service, drove up to drive in window, employee inside did not aknowledge... our presence. Left and spent my money at Taco Cabana. Do NOT post the same excuse about investigating the situation. We clearlyexperienced the EXACT same issue as previous patrons. Come on, do better. Read more
This is the SLOWEST and most unorganized drive through I have ever been in. Waited 20 mins at the speaker box without being... greeted until I finally spoke up and said ?hello? just for them to have a rude a$$ attitude. Guy at the window was yapping awayon his phone.
