Staff was helpful, needs coaching from upper regional management due to inexperience. However, they worked together to get my... the orders I needed to deliver in spite of the fact that they were out of pretty much everything. Didn't taste the food so nocomment on that. Terrible experience. The food was nothing like what they offered. Horrible presentation. The lettuce in the tacos was... oxidized. For a fast food restaurant, it took too long. I stopped there to eat "something quick" and continue... I was lateand I was hungry! Read more
Do not come to this location. They make you wait in the line, even if you ordered via the app. The website says they are open... indoors until 10 pm for pick up inside, but the doors are locked. Then when you get to the drive through they tell you okay forthe pick up, and make you wait longer only to tell you at the window they are out of the food you ordered. What a waste of time.The employees look at you like you did something wrong. No accountability, and they forget about how the customer is alwaysright when you mess up. Read more
I waited 45 minutes. At the time of walk in nobody was here. 3 orders came in after us and got there?s and left and we still... waited. They gave us a bag of tacos for the wait. But they were the old stale tacos they were already throwing out! Then we ourfinally came, 2 of my burger were wrong. SMH Terrible!! This location is horrible. I was at the speaker for at least 20 minutes before I eventually just gave up & went home. Waiting... 30+ minutes for fast food is unacceptable. Waiting 10+ minutes at a speaker before being greeted is unacceptable. This is notthe first time this has happened at this store. I?m very upset with this location & wish you all had better management skillscause the food is not bad. The service however is very poor. Read more
Yuck! What a disgusting experience...my stomach is actually upset. We just got a sourdough sandwich, curly fries, and a few... tacos. First, the fries were old and cold...plus the large container was less than half full. The tacos were covered in oldgrease...like they have been there for days...and the burgers were disgusting. The bread was soaked with cold grease and thebread was hard to bite in to. We drove all the way back to get the situation rectified...but the manager, atall..bald...hispanic man, said no to the refund and all he did was give us fresh-straight from the grease fries. First, in thebeginning we waited more than 10 minutes for our order...so why was nothing fresh? It seems like the only thing they make freshare the drinks...even then I doubt their machines are clean. I have a bad taste in my mouth and an upset stomach. AVOID THISPLACE! It should be condemned! My family came in at 9:35 and looked at the menu for around 5 minutes. Despite being the only people there, it took us 10... minutes to get served. We asked twice to have our orders taken and there was a lady there that finally took our order but sheseemed really unhappy to serve us. We ordered a 20+ dollar order and we told them twice that we were still waiting and when thefood came out, it was 10:22 and I have a picture of the receipt. Over 10 minutes just to take our order and having to wait 30minutes for the food is ridiculous. Furthermore, just a few minutes after the food being taken out we were told that it wasabout to close which made us have to rush and made our dinner very unpleasant. When the food took 30 minutes to get to us wedidn?t get mad or anything but then we were told just a few minutes after the food getting out that it was closing which madethe eating very rushed and uncomfortable for us.
