Ordered before 4 other drivers through drive through and received it last. Waited 40-45 min for food and to top it off Teriyaki... bowls had either no veggies and a bit of chicken or 2 pieces of chicken and lots of veggies. People working there also forgot anitem and spent to much time on phone. Read more
Customer Service is so rude, it never fails every time I go the drive thru woman sounds so upset. If you don?t like your job,... just quit. They also take forever. I?ve worked fast food before, it should take that long for simple orders then when I get tothe window somebody is always on the phone or just standing around talking. Read more
I get that being open 24 hours can be dull, but maybe your employees shouldn't be asleep in the restaurant? We all have jobs to... do. Nice to know Jack in the Box is paying it's employees to nap. Maybe I should change professions. Read more
By far the absolute worst Jack-in-the-Box I have ever been to In San Antonio! They say they are open 24 seven but when you go... overnight which is my work schedule they are always ?closed because the system is down? but they are outside smoking or sittingaround in the lobby sleeping. Day shift is better but over night is the worse!! Always out of drinks, always out of cups, alwaysout of curly fries, etc?. I have to drive an extra 15 minutes out the way just to go to a reasonable Jack-in-the-Box! Read more
Ordered a bacon ultimate and paid for one but received no bacon and a very burnt dry burger. I also ordered the 10pc nugget... meal only got 6 nuggets. Jack in the box has really gone down hill. Read more
If I could give jack in the box no stars I would but i have to give a star to leave this horrible review. First off they gave me... the wrong change, the tacis were drenched in oil my sandwich was not toasted or made correctly, they forgot to add fries for 2orders. Pretty much my whole order was ruined. I am a former jack in the box employee from 3 different locations and one thingthey have in common is lack of management no one cares. Employees do what they want smoke outside and eat food and chill. Yallneed to hire managers who are professional and who are there at all hours since it is open 24/7, and get a grip on this foodfranchise. The owner only cares about his money and not the customers. They are always out of things because managers can not dothey're jobs correctly because they are on a budget and can only get limited items. Jack in the box should be shut downpermanently. They are so dirty and unprofessional this is my last time giving them a chance. They need to be shut downimmediately. Read more
