I bought a homeless man a double whopper a couple of days before. He was all smiles!!! I would be to cause who doesn't love ????... ???? and ????!!!?????????? Then on lunch Mark and I came here and service was fast and friendly and quiet cause no one else wasin the restaurant. Mark and I noticed how nice and lovely these lady workers where and how they made are order fast and broughtit to our table!! Thanks Jack for exceptional workers here at Jack in the Box!!! Employee seemed like she was tired and didn't want to move. Barely made an effort to hand drink or bag of food over. I had to... reach over more than usual and I parked pretty close to the drive-thru window too. Did not give me a straw even though shehanded me my drink first while we waited for my bag of food. I thought the straw would be in the bag, nope. Curly fries were nota size of a large and I had the leftovers only. It was mostly crumbs and smaller pieces. I'm pretty sure the size could be anoverflow small or almost a medium. Lost stars due to not providing straws and paying for larger size to only received smallerportions. Read more
Rude cashier lady was slow and had an attitude as soon we walked in. After I ordered she left right before my aunt could even... order her food! They made my order wrong and she tried to make it seem like I did something wrong and not to mention thebathroom room door doesn?t work, had to squeeze to get into it! Worst Jack in the box EVER! This has to be by far the best fast food restaurant I've been to in quite some time. Every employee I encountered in the 2 dozen... times I've been there in the past few weeks were on top of their game and made me feel welcome and important. Then prepared someof the best food I've ever had at a jack in the box. Yes it helped because they made it fresh to order, but did so without measking. Read more
After traveling 8h, when we got to the hotel we were exhausted. My husband had ordered delivery from here and this is what we... got (no joke): - Crushed, ripped, oily bag - Crushed Chicken Tenders box - Half eaten curly fries - 10 tacos without veggies,just plain - Soda covered, wet cup - 2 used napkins - Missing: 3 Egg rolls, Large Oreo shake, Cheesecake, Onion rings andsauces When it was delivered the person didn't say anything during the ordeal but tried to open the door, then he dropped thebag and sped off. This place is in a shady part of town. The food was pretty bad. No sauce on top, chicken had nerve pieces in it. Hard to chew... and didn't taste good. Got thrown in trash. Egg roll was ok but how can you mess up something that just needs to be fried.Cashier pulled up three cars out of line to have wait for food and still took over 15 minutes to deliver. Best bet for quickfood is to go across the street to the grocery store for a premise meal. ???? sorry but true. Almost $10.00 for a bad meal. Read more
If I could issue a lower rating or none at all, believe me I would!! The staff are rude, talk mess about the people ordering... through the drive through, inside while on their headset, while your standing right there at the counter. And that was themanager, so it can't get no worse since the manager role models the poor behavior for the employees to follow. And peoplewonder why the reviews are so bad on here. Horrible. Food is always mediocre here, and tepid, and sanitary conditions aredeplorable. The girl at the counter was changing out the trash bags with no gloves on and cartying the trash through the foodprep area. And no one was using hair nets or gloves. Look at my pics, and that wasn't even the half of it. There was no ice inthe drink machine, and when she gave me water for my drink, the water had a brownish tint to it, that she didn't findunusual. They take no pride in representing this franchise. I wish Jack would visit this eyesore. It should just be closeddown since all the drug dealers, panhandlers, and prostitutes are allowed to loiter in the parking lot, making it unsafe forpatrons. All the Ghetto girls working there with flys landing over everything. I can?t even use the restroom without ordering anything. I... stood in line for almost more than 15mins with only 3 people ahead of me??? After standing there so long to order something,they don?t even have the brain to let a real customer use the restroom.
