Drove back three times just to prove they forgot my cheesecakes and they will lie to your face and say it was not charged when I... had the receipt to show proof they started making more stuff up to each other and making up excuses they do not takeaccountability for their own actions and I was a customer you just saw me and heard me order plus they started deleting it inthe system to make it look like it was not ordered that's fraud. I was nice enough to give them the receipt so they can makethings right in the system or I was going to call the fraudulent hotline. Read more

So the food was great. I got a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, some curly fries, order of two tacos, and an oreo milkshake. The girl... working last night (Sept 2nd, 2022) was a bit annoyed or something and came off as rude. Dropped my change on the side of my carand didn't even acknowledge it or apologize. But maybe she was just having a bad day, I don't know. I always try to be positiveand give good vibes. At least the food was good and the service was relatively fast for 1am on a Friday/Saturday. I'll stop byagain whenever in the area late at night. The two tacos remain the best late night snack at such an affordable price. The curlyfries are delicious and seasoned nicely. The Jr Bacon Cheeseburger felt a bit cheap and just thrown together, but its stillgreat tasting. Read more
Food was ok but the place needs a good cleaning. Floors were very dirty and greasy. The cooking area looked pretty good. Did not... press my luck and go in restroom. Only 3 employees when i went in so order took a little bit. But thats understandable Read more

On 7/21/22 @ 11:45 am we walked in for lunch. Unfortunately, we were welcomed with a nauseating odor and about 5 or 6 flies... sitting on the counter top and register. The floors were so slippery with what seemed to be grease build up. We were the onlypersons in line but we sadly had to turn around and leave. I suggest to the owner that they need to strive better to keep thisrestaurant clean. Read more
Terrible place. Went tonight at 9:30. No one in the lobby and one car ahead in drive thru. Took forever to give them their... order. Got to my food and got home to see they totally messed up my order. Ordered a bacon ultimate cheeseburger and received aregular burger. Called to speak to someone and no answer. THERE WAS NO CUSTOMERS THERE. No reason to have messed that up.Completely incompetent. Read more
This Jack in the box is the worst Jack in the box ever. The oil that they fry with makes a food taste old the french fries taste... old. They always mess up your order and forget to give you something . If you're asking for sauce forget about it they're goingto forget it or they're out of it. I don't know how they stay in business it must be because there's nothing else around but aBill Miller's next door . customer service is poor. Read more
