I went on Sunday night 7/3/22... There was a long line, but it went super fast... There customer service was on point... The... cashier was very polite, accurate and even asked what kind of sauce I wanted... I never get this kind of service at any Jack InThe Box anymore... Anyway, my food was hot and fresh and put together very nicely.... It wasn't just thrown together sloppy likeother times at many places whether they are slammed or not... A big props to this team... I will definitely go out of my way tocome back, and there is a Jack In The Box four blocks from my house, but it's terrible there... Read more
I haven't been to a Jack in the box in years due to a bad experience, but my husband convinced me to give this location a try... since it was the closest one with decent ratings. I went this thursday evening and had a pleasant experience. The speaker workedand the girl who took my order did a great job. The young man who was at the window was nice I liked that he had already placeda decent amount of hot sauce in the bag before I asked. The order did take a few minutes but it was correct, the food was hot,just made, and tasted good. Read more
I would have to say this is one of the worst locations. "fast food?? Ain't nothing fast about Jack in the box. Waiting time for... food delivery drivers it's insane. Staff isn't helpful at all, and when you happened to ask for a manager all they tell you isthat they are understaff. If they can't fulfill online orders they shouldn't accept them is really a waste of time for us thatget paid by delivery. Read more
Service was initially slow with a new girl at the register who got our order wrong twice, almost 3 times. However, the manager... later gave us the shorted sandwich we were missing, without charging us. We came here after extremely poor service at the JIBon Probandt. I went through the drive thru around 12:45 AM and I had a small wait. No big deal. My food came through alright but I asked for... ketchup, ranch dressing, and hot sauce but the only items that were free I didn't receive. Bottom line is always double checkyour order. Read more
