The worst location in all of San Antonio is surprisingly right on huebner. Worst customer service, they claim to have zero food... available. Their ice cream machine has been down for months. There?s literally no reason to go to this location because theyturn down every car in the drive thru. It?s ridiculous, how are they even still in business with NO INVENTORY. I would want tospeak to a manager if one ever worked! Every single time I have gone to this location they turn away customers because theydon?t have food to sell? Read more

The elderly lady in charge did not look my way until about four minutes passed, all I wanted was a coffee with two creamers. A... man came in behind me and they told him it would be 5 minutes. He said he was there for a mobile order, and the lady said it'sstill going to be five minutes. The food was fine, but we were restricted to only ordering two meals because there was only ONE employee working and couldn't... handle larger orders. Bless her heart. The location needs to hire more employees or consider closing. Read more

Stopped by starving and wanted tacos which attendant said they are "PERMANENTLY OUT" of tacos. I ordered something different... with curly fries that made up for the tacos come to find they didn't have packs of Ketchup. A disappointing experience and willnot waste my time again here. There is no excuse for owning a franchise and be out of condiments much less items on the drivethru menu. Read more
