If I could give a negative rating I would. No munchie meals, No Curly Fries, and tried to charge me $9.19 for a #10 Combo that... was $8.89 on the menu, and then had to reverse out the drive thru lord knows what else they don't have!!!?? Why are they evenopen??? Do better guys!! Read more
I love this Jack in the Box across Ingram Mall they have great service the food is prepared to your liking and the customer... service is outstanding. Expedient drive-thru and that's a plus. I went at noon and I?m blown away by how much I enjoyed the jumbo Jack meal with curly fries. I stopped by on my way to work and... was pleased it was fresh made with crispy lettuce and plump tomatoes too! It was perfectly wrapped so I could enjoy it on thedrive. The fries were crispy and the coke was super refreshing. I?m not a big fan of JITB bc the one I used to live near suckedso much. But this location I will def go to again! Read more
I have never I. My 58 years if life had such a horrible burger. It looked and tasted like it was made the day before. Not edible... at all. Bun hard as a rock. I was trying to pick up an order at 0720, the lobby was closed today, the bell on the door went un answered, nobody acknowledged... me on the drive through for 4 minutes, I drove to the order pass through window, was seen twice, nobody answered for 3 minutes,I went back to the front door and knocked, no answer for 2 minutes, went back to the drive through and was finally answered.When I pulled up to get door dash order, the worker told me they don't have that order, "it never came through to our side." Iswhat I was told. When I asked her to double check for the second time, she found the receipt for my door dash order. Just stopped at this Jack in The Box location. Ordered 6 tacos. Guess they forgot to add the lettuce and the sauce. Just plain... meat. Barely any meat I may add. Called the restaurant three times but no answer. The tacos were cold too. Very disappointed! Read more
First time I went to this location it was actually open and they served me in a timely fashion. I went another night and no one... answered the speaker. It's supposed to be 24 hours and yet somehow they just decided to take a night off. Very unfortunate thatthere isn't more oversight. They definitely lost a customer in me. Read more
