Quite positive this is the worst Jack in the box location in all of San Antonio. Half the time no one answers the speaker even... though they claim to be 24 hrs, the other half of the time youre lucky to get what you order either cause theyre supposedly outof product or the person taking your order hates their job so much they rush you through the order taking process. take yourchances ONLY IF YOURE IN DESPERATE NEED. Service ok. Low staffed. Food was alright. Maybe I'll try a dessert next time. See how that tastes.

This is the second time I go to the drive threw at 3am this month and the cashier lady is so rude not only she says they are... not taking any orders ,??? My husband was si upset I had to make him Happy I to drive further down to to the next Jack nbox on General McMullen and commerce they also had no burgers they were excellent and everything else they had great tacos if Iwas leaking right but my husband wanted a hamburger store we had to take another drive to Whataburger so you can imagine howfrustrated that was for me to drive play I love my husband so anything to make him happy. people should actually enjoy a job infast food. I ordered 2 Bacon ultimate cheeseburger and they gave me the burgers without bacon. I don't understand how can someone forget... the bacon if it's the first thing in the name of the burger. I tried calling twice and no answer. Read more

I was very disappointed on my recent visit. As usual this location is very busy during 5 pm takeout. I was ask to park up front... and they would bring my order to me. The four spots up front were full so I park in nearest parking spot about 10 feet away.After 20 min I noticed cars who placed there order after me were receiving there?s. So I went inside to inquire about my order.The lady I spoke to went to the manager(who was making presets) and said ? the lady who left without her order is here to pickit up?. I told her and the manager that I did not leave and was parked in the park lot were other customers were also waitingfor their orders. They remade my food, since they had used it to fill other orders. When I asked to speak to the manager, hesaid ? She has her food what more does she want.? I was so angry, I just left and will not return to this location every again.I know many places are short handed, but this location hired the bottom of the barrel. They have no sense of customerservice. All I wanted was to left them know that customers are not just in the 4 spots up front, because there wait for take outis long , they are neglecting many customer. And maybe an apology for saying I left, when I didn?t. I can live without anapology, can they live when they alienate all their paying customer? I gave 2 star because the food was hot and good. Came here around 11:45pm. Was Discharge from the hospital and was really hungry the drive-through attendant was really polite... and my food came out quick. They even gave me buttermilk for my curly fries and I didn?t even ask so that was a bonus for me.Thanks Read more
