This place is always on point, and very fast. They don't usually have kids working here which is a plus. I go out of my way,... passing 2 jack in the boxes to come here. My only complaint is that they got rid of the monster taco again, so frustrating thatI can't get them. My 2 cents. Read more
Jack in the Box prides itself as 24/7 restaurant. I went to the drive through this morning at approximately 7:40 am only to find... no one to take order. It would be very customer friendly to erect a sign at the drive through indicating the restaurant isclosed. I wasted my time waiting for someone to answer the intercom. They are literally the worst. I will go to the drive thru and sit there for 20+ minutes and no one ever comes on and takes my... order so finally I just leave. The very few teams I have actually got someome to come on the speaker they are only servingdrinks or only taking cash. Worst jack in the box I've ever been to. Kinda slow, but I understand it was late and they're probably understaffed. Despite that service was really good and they got my... order 100% correct. Could've filled up the fries a bit more but I'm not complaining. Would return to this location. Read more
I stopped by at 9:37 and Bethany was rude and I paid 40 cents for jalapeños and they only put one in each taco and one is the... end of a jalapeño that should?ve not even been in the taco and I asked for vitamin water with no ice and they gave me MinuteMaid with ice. Read more
Gave 3 stars cause I like the food but the service and missing staff at night make it hard to keep coming back. I just left... there at 10:30pm on a Saturday night, no one answered the speaker or my phone call. All the lights were on and the headsets wereon the table as if the employees abandoned the place. Went through the drive thru to order a drink and some onion rings and was told the fryer was not working, so I ordered a Jr... Jumbo Jack and instead received a small bacon cheese burger instead. Called them to tell them of the mistake and they wereinsisting I had ordered a Jr Ultimate Cheese Burger. My receipt shoes the proper order was placed. Not sure if I'll be back tothis restaurant again in the near future. Read more
They always give you the wrong dipping sauce or don't give you any at all. I dont see how when the sauces are even color... coordinated, like a monkey could do that part of their job. Read more
