I love going to Jack In The Box?? I love their tacos, egg rolls, chocolate cake and most of all they're iced tea. Drive through... service was excellent, food was hot, tea was cold and the cake was awesome. You need to try their chocolate cake it's out ofthis world. Had very little time to pick up lunch for my son so I stopped at Jack In the box on Culebra and 24th and they were amazing. The... cashier took my order super quick. The order can out super fast and both Buttery Jack's and curly fries were delicious.Excellent work! Read more
I was not expecting to receive such exceptional service and such attention to detail while ordering a late night drive thru meal... however Jose was able to offer us a 5 star experience with his great attitude and helpful spirit. He had great attention todetail and went above and beyond to make sure my family was getting the best customer service imaginable. Would definitelyreturn to this location again. I just spent $48 on meals for my family and the fries and tiny tacos all tasted burnt. There was black specs of burnt food all... over our curly fries & tacos (see picture.) I have lived in this area for 20yrs and have frequented this location but as oflately the service is subpar. I don?t understand how an employee would pack up food knowing that it?s inedible. I ordered thenumber #7 bacon ultimate cheese burger and it had one strip of bacon and the burger was the size of a kid?s meal burger. Theyoung kid at the drive thru had a bad attitude and gave us 2 buttermilks for 5 meals & had an attitude when we asked for acouple more. I will not be returning to this or any Jack in the Box in the future. I will take my money to Whataburger wherethey actually care about customer service and the food they serve to customers. In the past once in a while I'd be missing an item but they've been doing better and the line moved much faster, which is great.... My food tasted great and the iced coffee tasted great ????. Read more
