Sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes cuz the staff wasn't willing to take some lady's order. She held up the the line and the... staff never answered anyone else. This place is the worst jack in the box ever. It's been a steady decline for months now. Imoclose it down alrdy. Went to order 7 jumbo Jacks with cheese. I get home and the burgers only had cheese. no mayo lettuce tomatoes onion. Called to... complain and asked for the manager. The manager says for me to take the burgers back and they can add the mayo lettuce tomatoeshow dumb does he think I am what else would they add on my burgers spit and rub the burger buns and their own buns Read more

????Sadly to inform you that my review is not going to be a good review and I love leaving good reviews. This is the 3rd time so... I have given this place the 3 strikes. 8 Tacos, 1 order of onion rings- The Tacos hardly had any meat and almost all had nolettuce???? The drive through guy was pleasant and friendly, even asked me if I wanted any condiments and I got my food fast. Ihonestly would not have minded waiting a bit longer if the food was better. My onion rings were fresh- Thank you. I do hopemanagement reads my review and for the future makes it better. I would dislike having to go further and elsewhere for what Icould be getting near by. ????Sadly I think my next visit will simply be at a different location. Read more
