This jack in the box takes forever to get your order & to prepare ur order. After I order my meal . He wants to charge me $24???... Sr. I only order 1 meal . They didn?t even ask what kind of drink I wanted . I had to tell them what I wanted or else theywould of just given me a coke .This is the last time I?m coming here ?they took forever to give us all our orders. This experiences by far one of them worst. The order was incorrect special requests weren't met by the team lead. She did to... total opposite and I have to believe it was on purpose. I threw that meal away because I strongly believe if there was noregards to the customer I can only assume my food was inappropriately tampered with. Read more

Hated it. Zero customer service. Rude and very ignorant or careless drive-thry servers. Worst I have ever experienced by far. I... pulled up to the drive thru and stopped at the menu, no one answered. There was one truck ahead of me at the window (already hadplaced their order). No line and noone behind me. I waited about a minute and then I said "hello". A girl replied "hold on" Iwaited for about two minutes and the she said "what do you want to order" And I asked for 4 sausage croissants and she replied"we don't have croissants". I must say since Covid I have had terrible experiences at Jack in the box. Kids wanted it tonight so I gave in. This location... and the 2 workers (yes they only had 2 employees) was on point!!! It was so busy but the customer service was awesome and myorder was 100% correct! And they had everything available we ordered! You two rocked! Thank you! Read more
I used to not like Jack in the Box when I lived in South Carolina but moving to Texas and giving it a chance here, it has... changed my mind. They are very delicious and have the best egg rolls. Read more
