This location is awful. Since when did JIB stop putting hot sauce on the tacos??? I went there 2 different times to gove them... the benefit of the doubt and the sauce was missing both times. I ordered a chicken pita, and they did not bother telling me they had no sauce, until I asked for extra sauce. The sauce is... grilled onions and a gravy type sauce, it completes the sandwich. The girl was in a rush and told me that I would get some typeof replacement sauce on the side, but wouldn't tell me what kind which was really rude. I never even got it. So what i receivedwas a dry pita, with chicken, lettuce and tomatoes. I could've made that at home for allot cheaper. It was incrediblydisappointing. Also the burger I ordered was not the burger I received, but I ate it anyway. I ordered an b expensive largeburger and received a very small plain cheese burger, but could not turn around to waste time fixing it. I have worked fastfood. It is not hard to be patient, talk patient to people when they are ordering, let them know that their sandwich will bejipped when ordering. And then not even getting the order right. Give me a break. Awful job done by multiple people on my orderthat day. No receipt was even given to Call to report the issue. Won't be back to this location. Read more
This is literally the worst Jack in the Box and the worst fast food joint in all of San Antonio. Not once have I ever been able... to order food. It?s always, ?we don?t have a cashier?, ?we don?t have food, we?re waiting for the truck?, ?we?re cleaning thefryer?, ?the machines are down?, there?s literally ALWAYS an EXCUSE or they don?t even answer the drive thru window or phoneeven with the OPEN sign on. This place is comically bad and the only empty drive thru in the mornings. I?m surprised the ownershaven?t noticed they make ZERO dollars during morning hours. One time an employee even walked up to my car at the menu board totell me they had no food, then cursed me out after I asked if they could turn off mobile ordering if they weren?t serving food(I had placed a mobile order). Then after a back and forth, he said ?alright I?ll make your food!? So if he was able to make myfood then he had originally been lying. I, of course, drove off, why would I want an unstable psychopath preparing my food? Iwas so traumatized, I never even went back for a refund. Worst Jack in the Box on planet earth. Ordered a sourdough Jack, no sourdough. Ordered a large curly fry, got a medium regular... fry. Saw Hi-C on the menu, guy said they don?t serve that. All the food was cold, fries had been in the fryer for at leastdouble the amount of time they should have. And the guys running the place couldn?t care less. ONLY GETTING ONE STAR BECAUSE IT MADE ME!!! I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 tacos and a drink. I get home and open... my tacos... only to find shredded cheese instead of the half slide, cold meat, a half cooked taco shell, and no hot sauce! Requested extra lettuce on tacos. They were old and hardly any lettuce on them. The Jr. Jumbo Jack was just what I requested. No... mayo packets in house and none was offered on the side. The order taker was unaware but kind. I have not visited this locationin years. It will probably be years before I return if I ever do. Read more
To wake up early, and have to be told there is no iced coffee, no orange juice, no grape jelly OR strawberry jelly is more than... an inconvenience. It is an utter disregard for the well being of a loyal customer. Out of all places, I decide to indulge myselfin some delicious JACK IN THE BOX, only to come and be dissatisfied. And from the looks of the rating online, the owner andhi/her affiliates don't seem to have a care on the world, but to keep this inconvenience open for the next dummie to stop by.Unbelievable, to be open on the holidays,but you have practically dry food with no condiments,to serve!
