One of the dirties Jack in the Box I?ve been too. First of taking more the 15mins for someone to take my order. Employees... grabbing food with bear hands is extremely unsanitary. Lastly, do you see the pack of cigarettes on top of the microwave!? I?llzoom in, so you?ll can see it. Read more
If I could leave less . I am definitely calling the manager and corporate. I love their crispy tacos this usually is not my... store but I was in the neighborhood. I ordered 15 orders no sauce extra lettuce, 3 orders no sauce no cheese extra lettuce .They braught me out 16 tacos with cheese . When I gave them back to tell them their was tacos missing including the ones withoutcheese. They took the tacos I gave them out of the bag and put them back on the rack and started selling them after I hadtouched them. Literally took them out of the package one by one to count and seperate the ones with no cheese for one of mychildren. The reason I stopped to pick up dinner is because I am not feeling well flu like symptoms and I took pictures of themselling the tacos my hands had just touched. The manager on duty was so not in control. The lady cooking was talking back givingugly looks, completely unprofessional. I can't believe this happened with covid and all. I like to get the crispy tacos when nothing else is ipen and they never dissapoint. I love the cookies n cream shake it's the... best. The eggs rolls here r the bomb in my opinion. Good place when you have good employees to serve you! Read more

I tried the pineapple express shake it was phenomenal. The staff here is really nice. Prompt service, nice smiling. Sometimes... you need to get something to eat quick, without waiting in line or the modern excuse of being "Understaffed". This place hasbeen delivering. Support business that does well and thank those who are consistent. Read more
Their closing time is not accurate, wait time is ridiculous over 30 mins to an hr b 4 u even receive ur food.I order online to... pick up to avoid the line but they make u still wait by going thru the drive thru. Also, there was times I ordered at the sametime & when I went to pick up they said they were closed & I had to call in the morning for a refund. I called manager back 3times til the 4th time was able to get ahold of him. He said he can redo my order rather than reimburse me which I was finewith . He Also told me he would give me some coupons for the inconvenience which I never received. Bad service overall. Read more
