The location needs an absolute change of staff my fiancé and I went to the drive through at 8:00 P.M on 9/5/22 and we ordered... two tacos the person named ?WESTLY? was extremely rude and starting yelling at us through the speaker thing saying HOW MANYTACOS DO YOU WANT!!. We said you know what we?re okay and didn?t even get to order because of how extremely rude and poorcustomer service was given. Something needs to be done that is not okay. Read more
The workers were so friendly and every time I went the food was piping hot! They are not stingy with the sauces and they double... check the food before giving it to you. I have been there three different times of the day and the service is still the same -amazing! I always get the chicken strips, egg rolls, and a Coke. This particular location may be my favorite. Came to pick up a door dash and the line is crazy. Been waiting for about 45 minutes. The line hasn?t moved in the last 30... min. Everyone literally needs to be fired or just shut this place down. These taco?s are disgusting I have always loved Jack in the Box. This location on Potranco is nasty. This was my second time... there and I will not be back. The food taste like old grease. The sodas taste like the soda fountain has not been cleaned inyears!! Come on JIB clean up your place and do better!! Read more
Sauced and loaded fries. I see a little sauce, but definitely NOT loaded. I tried these in Vegas last week and they were soooo... good. Not in San Antonio! For $3.50, ill buy my own fries, a huge bag at the grocery store and sauce and load them myself. Read more
Ordered breakfast jacks. I was told they don?t have eggs and only scrabbled eggs would be available. They proceeded to try to... upcharge me for scrambled eggs and then ended up not even putting enough egg. Tacos were stalle, both tacos and egg rolls tasted burnt like if the oil hadn't been clean in days. Hadn't eaten at Jack in the... box since 4 years ago when I stopped working for one. I went to try this one close to home as I just got off from work and now Iknow why I do not eat at Jack. Employees here really don't care about anything, and I think that should be sometging the GeneralManager needs to fix because the kitchen looked dirty I had 15 minutes to observe it from the DT window since thats how long ittook me to get my 2 tacos only cheese and my 3 pc egg rolls which take like 3 minutesand something. Fryers were dirty Employeeshad shirt tucked out, hat backwards just walking around like nothing to do, DT menu boards were so dirty and were crooked. Iworked for Jack in the box 15 years was a GM for 7 years running 6 stores and even with very little time my restaurants wouldnever look like this one and my employees had to follow the uniform policy.
